PARK KINGSBURY

This high rise luxury condo building is located in the River North district of Chicago just steps from the new Chicago River Walk.

One of the fastest developing sections of River North, the Kingsbury Park area provides convenient access to The Loop, entertainment, fine dining, recreation, transportation, and everything else you get with downtown living, including a great view of the downtown skyline.  Studio2a worked with the architect, Lucien Lagrange Architects, to produce architectural renderings for the real estate sales package in collaboration with Brad Miller Design which included print and online collateral.  Unfortunately, in the end, this project was never realized.  The site is just now being developed 10 years later.
