3d custom home renderings for a residential home builder in Boulder, Colorado.  Studio2a worked closely with the architect to produce 3d exterior renderings of the Boulder Modern house for the Architect and homeowner.  The custom-designed home was created to stand out in the local suburban landscape.  The house features modern mountain design with rugged materials, heavy timbers, and steel beams.  The result is a seamless photo-realistic 3D exterior rendering of the house.  Utilizing Studio2a photo-realistic architectural rendering for pre-sales real-estate marketing allowed the Developer to assure the buyers what they see is what they get - resulting in a more successful project.
