Studio2a produced both interior and exterior renderings for use in real estate marketing for this Chicago condo project in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. A new construction condo building in Lincoln Park.  The developer wanted the highest quality 3d renderings to jump start the real estate marketing process for these multi-family buildings. Both interior and exterior renderings were produced for pre-sale marketing materials. Studio2a worked closely with the Developer to create accurate photo-realistic 3d renderings.  Special attention was paid to the exterior landscaping around the building and roof decks.   Studio2a imagery provides clarity and conveys confidence in design communication.  Utilizing Studio2a photo-realistic rendering for pre-sales real-estate marketing the Developer can assure the buyers what they see is what they get - resulting in a more successful project.
